  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Lean Whey (Biogen) NO SUGAR
  • 1/2 teaspoon Xantham gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 225g coconut milk ice blocks (pour a tin coconut milk in a ice tray and freeze)
