A visit to the Farmer’s Market provides us with the inspiration for this class, which will pair seasonally fresh ingredients with some fabulous wines. Come and enjoy learning what matches well with asparagus, fresh berries, morel mushrooms, and more. Each of the dishes paired with a wine will be demonstrated by Judy and the recipes provided. Kevin Hogan was certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers in 1999. He has spent 12 years in the wine industry and is currently the owner of The Vine and Spirits. Students over 21 only, please.
