Tuesday July 8, “A Summer Grill Menu”

Instructor: Chef George Albiez, CEC. Tonight we will demonstrate a delicious menu, all produced on the grill. Start off your summer with some new favorites and enjoy them as long as we enjoy grilling weather. Menu includes Grilled Caribbean Shrimp, Mixed Grilled Vegetable Kabobs, Fiery Grilled Beef Salad, Grilled Chicken Sates with Peanut Sauce, and Grilled Tuna Steaks with Soy Glaze and Cucumber, Lime, and Jalapeno Salsa. Chef Albiez, a Certified Executive Chef of the American Culinary Federation, is an honors graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. He is currently an Instructor of Culinary Arts at Ivy Tech and has owned and operated a catering business, Culinary Creations, for the last ten years. Class level: beginner. Class style: demonstration.
