Instructor: Chef David Russo. Learn how to cook for an Italian “family” in New Jersey from an Italian Chef *from* New Jersey. We will make some Italian favorites, including Manicotti, Chicken Scarpariello, Peppers and Egg Sandwiches, and Cannoli from Scratch (including the shells). The only wise guys in attendance will be in the kitchen! Chef Russo is a 1996 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He is currently an Instructor for the Culinary Arts Program at Ivy Tech and is the owner of Epicure, Inc., an at-home professional chef and catering service. Class level: beginner.
