Wednesday, July 30th “Dinner to Impress”

Instructor: Chef Patrick Louineau. Need to make a dinner that knocks their socks off? Tonight our favorite French Chef prepares a classic menu that is sure to impress whoever is invited to dinner. Menu includes Artichoke Salad, Rack of Lamb with Mustard, Vegetables with Mushrooms, Champignon Potatoes, and Lemon Tart. Chef Louineau holds a “Certification Professional d’Hotellerie” from the French Culinary School. He is a former Maitre d’ for the staff of French President Mitterand and is currently Test Kitchen Chef for the University of Notre Dame. Class level: intermediate. Class style: demonstration.
