the cosmetics and ease of maintainance of stainless for the performance of
carbon steel. These blades can rust and will discolor. This
discoloration, of course, doesn't affect the performance of the
knives. Fully bolstered carbon steel blades, composition scales on
full tang construction, brass cutler's rivets.
