Autumn Spice Mix - Use to rub on
apple or pear wedges and and cook on the grill to make a summer
salad. Rub pork, beef or chichen and allow it to marinate before
cooking. A little sweet with a little kick.
Cajun Seafood Seasoning - Rub on
beef or chicken a couple of hours before grilling or sauteeing.
Great for warm weather pasta dishes or grilled fish. In addition to
traditional cajun spices, it contains roasted garlic and citrus notes to
work well with seafood.
Mole Spice Rub - Rub on chicken,
pork, fish or vegetables and marinate overnight. Finish by grilling
sauteeing or roasting. Use drippings to make a mole sauce and
thicken with corn starch or arrowroot. Give corn a Mexican kick with
this excellent blend. Contains cacao, garlic, chiles, sesame and
pepita seeds, seasonings.
Roasted Garlic and Wild Mushroom
Seasoning. Made with a great grade A porcini powder as well as
garlic, sea salt, bay and other spices. Perfect for rubbing or
marinating portobello mushrooms, game, lamb, white fish or beef. Add
a luxurious taste to your sauteed vegetables with this fine blend.
Mix with flour and dredge seasonal mushrooms before cooking.
Smoked Tomato Seasoning. Make
smoked tomato vinaigrettes or sauces without having to smoke your
tomatoes. Lightly warm tomatoes in olive oil and Smoked Tomato
Seasoning to make a flavorful garnish for salads or entrees. Makes
an excellent rub for salmon cooked on the grill or sauteed.
Pumpkin Pie Spice. The perfect
blend of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and other spices to make perfect pumpkin
pie and other fall favorites.
Cheddar Potato Spice. Cheddar
powder, chives, garlic, salt and spices come together in a flavorful
seasoning for roasted or sauteed potatoes. Mix it with mashed
