Acetaia FERRETTI CORRADINI is a small family business along the Via Emilia between the cities of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
For 3 generations we have been producing balsamic vinegar in limited quantities and only with local raw materials. No mechanical processing, only the slow passing of the seasons in the attic of the vinegar factory and so much passion!
We have recently started the extension work on our Acetaia, to create a new tasting room. From May 2021 we can welcome small groups of visitors (maximum 6 people) for organized tastings.
We can suggest several other local realities (wine production, honey and, saffron production, gastronomy with fresh pasta production, catering).
Our company is located inside a farm where there is a cow stable for the production of milk for Parmigiano Reggiano
We are surrounded by vineyards with grapes for Lambrusco wine and for our balsamic vinegar.
