TnT - Thick thin Thick technology.�
The base of the unit is thick to promote even heating and prevent
hotspots.� The middle portion of the pan is thin to reduce
weight.� The rim is again thick to promote a better seal with the
lid.
Easy to clean.� Not only is the
interior cooking surface of the cookware non-stick, but so is the
exterior.� There are no rivets to attach the handles so the interior
is as easy to clean as the exterior.
Phenolic handles are stay cool on the
cooktop and safe for up to 450 degrees in the oven.
Sauce pans have perfectly flat bottoms and
include glass domed lids.� Available in 1, 2 or 3 qt. sizes.�
