Tuesday, April 1st, “Basic Knife Skills and Care” Instructor: Ed Bartush, representative of Wusthof of America, Inc. Cutlery Expert Ed will educate and amuse you on the subject of knives. The class includes basic cutlery knowledge and various knife skills– including carving various meats, boning a chicken, creating artistic vegetable garnishes and a few surprises along the way.
