Tuesday, April 15th, “Pork– the Other White Meat”

Instructor: Chef Mike Stephans. Learn what’s different about today’s cuts of pork and some new ways to prepare this delicious meat. Menu includes Roast Pork Loin with Sage and Apples, Pork Chops with Fennel, Grilled Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Puree and Warm Chipotle Salsa, and Roast Pork Loin Genoa Style with Garlic Jus. Chef Stephans is the first Program Chair for Ivy Tech State College’s Hospitality Administration/Culinary Arts Program. His face is familiar to area television viewers as the featured chef on the segment called What’s Cooking’ which airs on Wednesdays on “First Thing in the Morning” on WSBT-TV.
