Saturday, April 26th,“Cooking 101–Pot Pies and Casseroles”

Instructors: Judy Shertzer and Teri Mercier, The Good Gourmet Cooking School. This is our fourth class in an ongoing series based on books published by The Editors of Cook’s Illustrated magazine. We will discuss casserole and pot pie basics, and pasta, rice, and bean casseroles. This hands-on class, limited to 8 students, will work on master recipes for Chicken Pot Pie, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, and White Bean Casserole with Ham. Bring your apron! Class level: beginner. Class style: hands on.
