Cooking classes at the good gourmet are very different from watching a cooking show on television.  Not only will you see a skilled chef prepare gourmet dishes but you'll also be able to interact with the chef, ask questions and, of course, taste the results of the class.  Classes are held often in the teaching kitchen at the store.  Space is limited and classes fill quickly.  If you haven't reserved a place you can do it right here on line.  Or you can call the store at (574) 243-8100 to enroll.  Note that the system will try to charge you a shipping charge for the class.  This activity is inherent in the system.  We can't fix it.  Obviously, we won't charge you shipping for the class.
