The Wusthof Classic series features forged and fully bolstered knives with riveted composition scales. These three cheese knives are new for 2004. At the top left is the 2 3/4" Parmesan cheese knife, in the middle is the 5" soft cheese knife and at the bottom is the 4 3/4" hard cheese knife.
