Instructor: Chef David Russo. Our third class in a series on kitchen skills and techniques focuses on learning how to create a sauce from scratch. We'll show you how to make sauces for everything from meat to fish to pasta to dessert, including a simple pan sauce, cream sauce, butter sauce and custard dessert sauce. Now all we need is something to put all this sauce on! Attendance at previous building blocks classes is not required. Chef Russo is a 1996 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
