Instructor: Cooking School Manager Kathleen Black. When the weather outside is frightful there's truly nothing more delightful than the smell of something savory simmering in the kitchen. Tonight we'll take some traditional cold weather favorites, add an elegant embellishment or two, and create some dishes that are substantial as well as sophisticated. Dishes will include Veal and Mushroom Cobbler, Persian Chicken and Rice with Walnut Pomegranate Sauce, and a fragrant Semillon Pot Pie. Class level: beginner. Class style: demonstration.
