Out of Africa come some of the most exotic flavors on earth and one of the most sought after has to Madagascar Vanilla. This evening we'll learn all about this wonderful ingredient. Then we'll prepare an exciting variety of dishes that will convince you that vanilla isn't just for dessert! We'll start with a Vanilla Pierogi appetizer followed by Cameroon Vanilla Rice. Next we'll demonstrate an entrée of Chicken Breast with a Black Truffle and Vanilla Sauce. Finally we'll get to the dessert- a heavenly Vanilla Loaf with Vanilla Glaze. After this class you'll never use the phrase 'plain old vanilla' ever again! Class level: beginner.
