Instructor: Staff. Chef Quinn lived in the Islands for seven years and now brings us a night of fun and delicious recipes to create and taste! The evening will start with a taste of a rum drink called “Goombay Smash” which is Calypso for Whatta Party! Dinner will include Plantain Coated Shrimp with ”Mango-lade”, Callaloo, Audrey’s Fish ’n Fungi, Calypso Rice and Pigeon Peas, and Coconut-Mango Fritters with Cinnamon-Rum Sauce. By evening’s end you’ll be prepared to throw your own Caribbean-themed blast! (Students over 21 only please! ) Class level: beginner. Class style: demonstration.
