Instructor: Staff. As winter melts into spring our thoughts naturally turn toward the balmy air and increasing sunshine outside-yet it’s still too cool for outside entertaining. The solution? Bring the garden indoors by planning a midday buffet meal that pays homage to Spring. We’ll take a traditional Easter menu of Baked Ham, Salad, Side Dishes and Dessert, give each recipe a novel twist and then add in a profusion of flowers to create a beautiful garden setting for your spring holiday table. You’ll return home set to prepare a feast for the senses as well as the stomach! Class level: beginner. Class style: demonstration.
