Instructor: Staff. It’s time to give up that bottled pasta sauce forever. In this hands-on class you will make some of the classic Italian pasta sauces yourself from scratch. We’ll make a Calabrian style braised tuna and serve it with linguini. Then we’ll make some classic pasta dishes with classic sauces. Fettucine Alfredo, Linguine al Pesto, Spaghetti ala Carbonara and, of course, we’ll make a traditional tomato sauce to serve over spaghetti. Limited to 16 students. Class level: beginner Class style: hands-on.
