Instructor: Staff. You are cordially invited to learn how to host an English Cream Tea-the perfect choice for springtime celebrations.! Savories will include Bacon Dill Puffs, Apricot Ham Triangles, Pear and Stilton Rounds and Herb Cream Cheese Tomatoes. The traditional course served between sandwiches and desserts will be Scones with Double Devon Cream. We’ll end with a delicate Springtime Cherry Green Tea Cake and French Madeleines. And, of course, we’ll accompany it all with an assortment of hot and iced teas as well as a lovely Lavender Lemonade. Class level: beginner. Class style: demonstration.
