This class is designed to build your confidence in exploring the delights of French cuisine as we create simple but elegant dishes such as Tartelettes du Jura (Gruyere Tarts), Salade Composee au Riz (Mixed Rice Salad Provencal) with Mock Mayonnaise Mousseline, Peches au Sauterne (Peaches in Sauterne), Le Rouleau en Mosaique (Mosaic Cocktail roll) and Sorbet aux Poires “express” (Quick Pear Sherbet).
