From choosing and shaking cocktails to preparations and presentation of appealing appetizers, this class is designed to increase your confidence as party host or hostess. If you haven’t taken one of Chef Eileen’s classes yet, well this is the one! Her metier has always been her creative bite-sized jewels that will make your taste buds laugh at their brightness of flavor and their perfect complement to the new martinis you’ll be sampling tonight.
