We will cook an Ecuadorian Quinoa and Potato Soup with Pork and our entrée will be Broiled Chicken Breasts with a Quinoa, Cashew and Goat Cheese Sauce. To complement the chicken we will make a White Rice with Peppers and Raisins and a Peruvian Salsa.
