Instructor: Owner Fred Whitlock. Come take a cruise with us around the Greek Islands to sample some of the scrumptious Mediterranean dishes found there. We'll start things off with a Greek Lemon, Egg and Rice soup called Avgolemono. We'll make a Pasticcio which is something like a macaroni pie like they make on the Island of Syros. The classic Braised Lamb with Artichokes will be a version from the land of Chios, and we'll liven things up with a flaming cheese finisher called Saganaki. Opah!! Class level: intermediate.
