Instructor: Chef Eileen Quinn. Got an aspiring chef at your house? Our kids in the kitchen cooking classes continue after a popular start this summer. Students will learn a bit about Mexico and its cuisine on a kid's level. Dishes they will create include individual frito pies, Frijoles and Rice, and Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps with Apples and Ice Cream. Classes will be hands-on and limited to eight students per class. Parents are welcome to observe the class but will not participate. Kids aged 8 to 12 only. It seems Michiana has a promising roster of aspiring chefs, so register early to secure a sopt in class.
