Instructor: Chef Eileen Quinn. There is an old custom in Northern Italy that is making a comeback as a trendy and interactive dinner party. Polenta is prepared, poured on a special board in the middle of the dining table and guests "mark" their portions. A variety of toppings are offered and then the fun begins! This is our class. Toppings will include a Wild Mushroom Ragout, Sweet Italian Sausage and a Broccoli Rabe and Tomato Cream Sauce. Dessert will be Italian Almond Polenta Crumb Cookies with Cream.
