Instructor: Chef Kip Peters. Chef Kip prepared some fabulous Mexican food at a class last Spring. Tonight he prepares some new dishes, and brings back his "kip's Chips" by popular demand. The menu includes Pico de Gallo, Jalapeno Chicken, Award Winning Cilantro Chicken Chili, Stuffed Poblanos and Orange, Mango and Papaya with Lime Cream. Chef Peters is Executive Chef of Bookmaker's Pub. Previously he was Executive Chef of the South Bend Country Club. His currently President of the South Bend Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and was 2001 Chef of the Year. He serves a part time Adjunct Professor for the Ivy Tech Culinary Arts Program.
