Our menu for tonight will be Acorn Cider Bisque with Smoked Turkey and Cinnamon Cream, Cedar Smoked Salmon with Roasted Root Vegetables and Horesradish Mashed Potatoes accompanied by a Guwurtztraminer Sauce and Caramelized Fall Fruits and Apple Spice Cake with Nugget Ice Cream. Chef Miller has been Executive Chef of the Morris Inn on the Notre Dame campus for the past 16 years. He earned his degree from the the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in 1976.
