He is a Certified Culinary Professional with the International Association of Culinary Professionals. He’s even baked birthday cakes for Elizabeth Taylor! Come and enjoy a delightful evening of great baked goods while Chef Geary regales you with stories about the citizens of Hollywood. This class, limited to 16 people is a hands on class on pie making Double Crust Apple Spice Pie, Pumpkin Praline Pie, or Egg Nog Cheese Pie. Students will take a pie home with them.
