Instructor: Chef David Russo. Your turn to host a holiday dinner? Take some of the pressure off with this do-ahead menu. We will teach you to make the perfect turkey and put together some great side dishes and a delicious dessert. Menu includes Roasted Turkey with Tasty Gravy, Sausage and Pecan Stuffing, Green Beans with Prosciutto and Portobello Mushrooms and Tarte Tatin (caramelized apple tart.) Chef Russo is a 1996 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He is currently an Instructor for the Culinary Arts Program at Ivy Tech and is Owner of Epicure, Inc, an at-home professional chef and catering service. Class level: Beginner.
