Instructor: Chef Olan Cox, Continue the season of celebrating with a party to start the Chinese New Year on Jaunary 22d. Our menu includes Mu Shu Pancake with Asian Vegetables, Steamed Ginger and Pork Dumplings, Cantonese Egg Rolls with Ginger and Garlic infused dipping sauce, Shrimp with Gai Gan (Asian broccoli,) Pork Ribs with Black Bean and Garlic Sauce and Almond Custard with Fresh Fruit. Chef Cox brings with him over ten years experience in the culinary field, including a four year tenure with the Twin Cities Natural Foods Cooperatives in Minnesota. He is currently Executive Chef at Whittaker Woods and O'Briens in New Buffalo, Michigan. Class level: Beginner. Class style: demonstration.
