Instructors: Chef Philip Abbott and Danny Rousseve. We continue our successful evenings of matching regional cuisine with wine produced in the same area. Tonight the wines and dishes of Northern Italy are explored. Chef Abbott will prepare some tantalizing dishes which will be expertly matched with wines chosen by Danny. Students over 21 only, please. Chef Abbott graduated with distinction from the New England Culinary Institute. He has trained and worked in such prestigious restaurant as Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley, Stella's in Sonoma Valley and Donald Trump's Mar A Lago Club in Palm Beach Florida. He is currently the chef/owner of Terra Spice company. Danny Rousseve is owner of City Wide Liquors and is a wine expert. Class level: Intermediate. Class style: demonstration and wine tasting.
