Instructor: Judy Shertzer. Judy spends two weeks on the islands every year and you can imagine yourself there for one evening with a menu sure to take your mind off the weather. Dinner tonight consists of Asparagus with Passion Fruit Vinaigrette, Garlic and Herb Crusted Mahi Mahi, Asian Ratatouille and Coconut Pineapple Cheesecake. Judy Shertzer has headed the Good Gourmet Cooking School since its inception. She is currently the featured chef on WNDU's Friday Morning News Program and teaches both at the Good Gourmet and for private classes. Class level: Intermediate. Class style: demonstration.
