Instructor: Chef Olan Cox, Take a trip to the Old World and prepare yourself for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day celebration. What better place than the home of the Fighting Irish? The menu for tonight includes Colcannon, Grain Mustard Braised Cabbage, Guinness Corned Beef, Roasted Root Vegetables, Blood Orange Fool and Irish Soda Bread with Currants. Chef Cox brings with him over ten years experience in the culinary field, including a four year tenure with the Twin Cities Natrual Foods Cooperatives in Minnesota. He is currently Executive Chef at Whittaker Woods and O'Briens in New Buffalo, Michigan. Class level: Beginner. Class style: demonstration.
