Instructor: Staff. Learn how to introduce tranquility into your often-hectic daily round through meal planning that promotes a little self-pampering. We’ll start with an Asparagus Frittata with Lemon, Chives and Tarragon. For “lunch” we’ll sip on sparkling spring water accompanied by a light dish of Couscous with Apricots and Toasted Pine Nuts. A Kiwi Mint Smoothie will tide us over until dinner-a salad of Butter Leaf Lettuce and Strawberries, Honey Pecan Crusted Chicken and Golden Poached Pears.
