Our Bon Voyage begins with a tasty appetizer, then it’s on to Puerto Rico for a delicious taste of Lemon Saffron Black Beans. Next we visit St. Croix to savor Virgin Island Pork Tenderloin in Rum Ginger Sauce. After that, a refreshing Black Bean, Citrus and Shrimp Salad awaits at Antilles.
