This evening we’ll explore working with edible flowers as we learn to make a Crème Heart with Embedded Flowers; Rose Geranium Cake with Crystallized Rose Petals; Hearts and Flowers Salad; Dark Chocolate Lavender Tart with Crystal Mint Garnish and an array of Floral Iced Waters. All students will leave with a fresh bouquet of recipes ideal for making any event exceptional. Class level: beginner. Class style: demonstration.
