Tuesday, September 16, 6-8 p.m. “Pork Tenderloin”

Instructor: Chef Kip Peters. What could be easier and more delicious than pork tenderloin? Chef Kip once again provides us with some great new entrée choices. Menu includes Jamaican Jerk Rubbed Tenderloin with Apple Barbecue Sauce, Blackened Medallions of Pork with Red Beans and Rice, Pork Tenderloin Normandy, Tennessee Whiskey Peppercorn Tenderloin, and Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin with Boursin Cheese Sauce. Chef Peters has been the Executive Chef of the South Bend Country Club since 1989. He is currently president of the South Bend Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and was 2001 Chef of the Year. He serves part time as an adjunct professor for the Ivy Tech Culinary Arts Program. Class level: beginner. Class style: demonstration.
