Tuesday, October 7, “Pizza Party”

Instructor: Judy Shertzer, The Good Gourmet Cooking School Manager. Our recent Cooking 101 class on making pizza was an absolute blast. But not everyone wants to eat pizza on a Saturday morning, so we are repeating this class in the evening-and adding more to it. This is a hands-on class limited to 10 students. We will prepare master recipes for basic pizza dough and no-cook tomato sauce and everyone will choose from a wide variety of toppings to make their own pizza. We will also prepare deep dish pizza and learn to master use of the pizza peel. Class level: beginner. Class style: hands-on.
