Instructor: Kevin Hogan. Cheese makers all over the world are producing some excellent products in small batches, many of which are just beginning to become available in the U.S. Tonight we will match artisan cheeses with wines from the same areas of the world. This will not be your typical wine and cheese party! You will also have a chance to take home a hunk of your favorite cheese. Dessert will be served as part of the tasting-made with cheese, of course!. Kevin Hogan is certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers. He has spent the past 12 years in the wine industry and is the owner of the Vine and Spirits. Students of 21 years of age only. Class level: beginner. Class style: wine tasting.
