Friday, November 21 Fall Pies

Instructor: Celebrity Chef George Geary, formerly the award-winning pastry chef for Disneyland, and author of The Best 125 Cheesecake Recipes. Chef Geary teaches students from coast-to-coast. He is a Certified Culinary Professional with the International Association of Culinary Professionals. He�s even baked birthday cakes for Elizabeth Taylor! Come and enjoy a delightful evening of great baked goods while Chef Geary regales you with stories about the citizens of Hollywood. This class, limited to 16 people is a hands on class on pie making Double Crust Apple Spice Pie, Pumpkin Praline Pie, or Egg Nog Cheese Pie. Students will take a pie home with them.
