The story of our winery begins in 1870 with the wedding of Francesco Vico and Maria Panera and the birth of their son Giacomo in 1875. At the end of the 19th century, Giacomo started selling wine in Piedmont and exporting it also in Argentina and in France where, in 1909 during the 4th Exposition Mondiale de Paris, he received the Golden Medal for the wine.
