Territory, Tradition, Typicality, are the strengths that drive the production of the Vini Apuani agricultural company. Roberto was born and raised in his maternal grandfather’s vineyards, from which he learned to cultivate the vineyard and the various vines with passion and dedication present in the Apuan territory.
In the year 2000 he decides to abandon the other activities to which he dedicated himself and threw himself body and soul into the cultivation of vineyards on the Apuan hills (province of Massa Carrara), from this impervious territory, terraced, among the marble white and the sea, where he begins to produce the first bottles, starting to put them in local
Over the years, he acquires other vineyards, up to now 5 hectares of terraced vineyards, where he does not use herbicides or fertilizers to protect the territory from chemicals, or even systemic treatments, in order to obtain products in the traditional way.
Today, with the rediscovery of native vines, Vermentino, Vermentino nero, Massaretta, managing to overcome the problems for which they had been abandoned, working respecting the strengths, he manages to produce about 20.00 bottles of particular wines, with perfumes and flavours of the territory, from the minerality of the soil to the flavour of the sea, also obtaining broad acclaim from the best guides
