Founded in 1931, the Guillod family business has passed the baton to the 4th generation. Cédric now enthusiastically manages the estate, which was converted to organic production in 2017.
Located in the historic district of Praz, at the foot of Mont-Vully, the winery is set in an idyllic setting close to Lake Morat. The cellar has been refurbished to welcome customers in style, but the great-grandfather’s wooden wine press is still there and well displayed.
