Our wine cellar was founded by Alessio Caldart’s passion, who increased in value the family’s historical vineyards. Alessio Caldart developed  a professional path tied to tradition and the search for quality.

The family’s philosophy has always been to give life to a product of principle intact and harmonious quality, a perfect synthesis of grapes, earth, and sun that generate it.

The countless awards obtained over the years testify to the growth of a path aimed at quality, tradition, and at the same time innovation and modernity of a product so unique in the world: the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.

Dea-Rivalta’s vineyards are located on the steep hills from Valdobbiadene Conegliano, placed in a charming landscape characterized by particular weather conditions which, added to the soil’s structure, facilitate and improve the growth of this vine (Glera plant).

Our choice is to maintain the original type of plants and to treat the screws with products that respect the environment. The grapes, harvested by hand, arrive in the winery with their naturalness and fragrance with the right combination of sugar, acidity, and aromas, ready for the wine making process.
