Domaine de Montahuc is a small winery, created in 2004 by two friends and their spouses, in Saint-Jean-de-Minervois. This place is one of the smallest appellations in France, located at the top north of the Minervois’region (Languedoc). At the foot of the Montagne Noire, between 280 and 300 meters above sea level on a very limestone soil, we produce 4 organic wines : dry white, red and sweet.
