The vineyard extends over 27 ha spread over Sablet, Gigondas and Vacqueyras in Vaucluse (84).We are start organic conversion since 2020 vintage. The 2023 harvest will be certifated in organic farming.
- Diversity of grape-varieties: grenache, syrah, mourvedre, cinsault, carignan, grenache blanc, clairette, bourboulenc.
- Diversity of soils: clay-limestone in general, red clay on Plan de Dieu terraces, clay-sand around the village.
- Traditional vinification: rigorous temperature control, pumping-over, release, pigeage, gentle maceration, daily tastings.
Loïc is the 4th generation of winegrowers. He took over the family estate after having built his own experiences in France and abroad. In 2017, the choice is made to build a cellar to manage the production of the wine from A to Z.
Our goal: to convey an image of innovative reference, while developing a wine that reflects as much as possible the terroir, the ancestral know-how and respect for the vine which is so important to us.
