The name Duemani /Two hands/ represents two hands from two people, Elena Celli and Luca D’Attoma. Elena is the sales engine of the winery while Luca is the oenologist and “father” of the vineyards and wines. Through their great effort and determination, they have farmed Biodynamically since the very beginning.

The winery, founded in 2000, has a special geography, is rough and difficult with clay and large stones throughout the steep vineyards. These hillside plots smell of the sea and the forest as a continuous light sea breeze, guarantees exceptional airflow and cool evenings.

In these elevated vineyards situated along a severe ridge between 220 and 350 meters above sea level, diurnal temperature variation allows slow maturation. Here Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot and Grenache can express their characteristics in the best possible way: precise and elegant bouquet, complexity and balance.
