We offer you an experiential journey in our family oil mill, with more than 100 years of history.
The tour is structured in two parts: the first part in the oil mill and the second part in the tasting room. We will go through all the production machinery and explain their operation from a qualitative perspective. We will show you the correct oil conservation practices and we will talk about the olive tree varieties that characterize Abruzzo and specifically our Teramo Hills. We will tell you how we trace the entire production chain from plant to bottle, with particular attention to transparency and terroir.
Subsequently from the mill we will move to the tasting room to taste different types of extra virgin olive oil produced. During the tasting, we will discover how to technically taste an oil and what are the characteristics for recognizing a quality extra virgin olive oil. We will share flavours, sensations and emotions…
